License

This page explains the licensing terms for Yumma UI templates.

By purchasing or using a Yumma UI template, you agree to the terms below. If you have questions about permitted usage, please reach out through the official Yumma CSS website.


Personal License

Yumma CSS grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the purchased Yumma UI template (the "Template").

This license grants permission to one individual (the "Licensee") to access and use the Template.

You may

  • Use the Template to create unlimited End Products
  • Modify the Template to create derivative designs or implementations
  • Use the Template in unlimited personal or commercial projects
  • Use the Template to create End Products for unlimited clients
  • Use the Template in End Products that generate revenue
  • Use the Template in open-source projects, provided the Template source itself is not redistributed

You may not

  • Re-distribute or re-sell the Template or derivative versions of it
  • Publish the Template source code or design assets as a UI kit or library
  • Create a competing template, theme, or design system based on the Template
  • Include the Template inside a website builder, SaaS tool, or theme product
  • Share the Template files outside of your personal use
  • Claim authorship or ownership of the original Template

Unlimited Projects License

A team, company, or studio may use the Template under the following terms:

  • Access is limited to individuals directly involved in the End Product
  • The Template is not shared internally as a general-purpose library
  • The Template is not redistributed or resold
  • Unlimited clients and commercial projects allowed

Definitions

Template

The source code, styles, assets, and design files included with your purchase.

Licensee

The individual who purchased the Template.

End Product

A website, application, or digital service created using the Template or derivative code.

End User

A user of the End Product.

Client

A party who has hired the Licensee to produce a custom End Product.


Examples of Allowed Usage

  • Creating a personal portfolio website
  • Creating websites or applications for paying clients
  • Building a commercial SaaS product
  • Selling access to a software product that uses the Template
  • Using the Template in a startup or commercial business
  • Publishing a project where the final codebase is open source
    (as long as the Template source is not redistributed independently)

Examples of Prohibited Usage

  • Creating a UI library or design system from the Template
  • Creating a template, theme, or starter kit for sale or free distribution
  • Re-publishing Template code or assets as open-source UI components
  • Including Template components in educational course downloads
  • Sharing Template files privately or publicly
  • Embedding Template components in a website builder or SaaS product
  • Creating a competing product to Yumma UI

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as duplicate purchases or technical access issues.


Ownership

You retain ownership of the End Products you create.

Yumma CSS retains ownership of the Template and all associated intellectual property.


Liability

Templates are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind.

Yumma CSS is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Liability is limited to the original purchase price.


Updates

Purchases include lifetime updates for the purchased Template.


Attribution

Attribution is optional, not required.

Use the Templates to build great products. Do NOT redistribute or resell the Templates themselves.
